Is anyone taking Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder Types 1 & 3 from grass fed, pasture raised bovine. If so, how much daily?

Gee it hurts 10

I've been taking it for a couple years and one scoop is 6600 mg. I put it in my tea every morning.

I take 5 grams of hydrolysed collagen protein a day, but it comes in a liquid form not a powder. I don't feel any actual physical difference since starting on it (I'm just hoping it's doing what I hope it's doing for my bones) but a friend who also tried it said that when she was taking it, when she'd get up in the morning her bones didn't hurt. I came across this online so am thinking the 5 grams seems to be about right?

EDIT: I realise this morning whilst making my protein powder shake, that it's "Made from hydrolyzed collagen and grass-fed whey protein isolate." Each 33.75 gram sachet contains 20 grams of protein and I have half a sachet daily. Desperately hoping that along with all of the other herbs, minerals etc I'm taking, will save my bones from going to powder after stopping Prolia.
I just ordered Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to start taking, so I am also interested in anyone who has taken and gotten good results from this... I was told it is very easy to dissolve the powder in coffee in place of any half & half I do love... So I am willing to give it a try to help with the Osteoporosis. This is such a precarious time we are currently living in with Covid -19 and just in general health issues we are dealing with. It is such a blessing to be able to keep in touch with all of you.
