K2 mark 7

Hi. Just wondering I have been taking K2 mark 7 for over a year and for the last month have had constant headaches. Also went to the docs (totally unrelated) and my blood pressure is up. Is this related do you think and has anyone else experienced this

I'd be surprised if K2 were responsible for high blood pressure as there's some evidence that it can prevent/reduce calcification of the arteries, which I think (I'm not an expert!) would mean it would contribute to healthy blood pressure: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl.... The only side effect I've read of for K2-MK7 is that it can cause palpitations for some people. The only way to be certain would be to stop taking it for a few weeks. If the headaches go away when you stop, and come back when you start taking it again, then it's likely it's the cause.

High dose Vit D and K2 gives me a debilitating headache. I've had to stop them - couldn't function properly.

Interesting! I have just started to get headaches (something I rarely have) and I take K2 and high dose Vitamin D.
