Are you already taking Prolia? If so, dental implants may not be a good idea.
It may also depend on how long you have been taking Prolia and if you intend to stop before having a third one which would alter your choices.
You may need to state if you are already on Prolia and if so for how long?

Get all your teeth fixed before you take it. Pull any wisdom teeth that might be a problem in the future. A rare side effect cause serious problems with your jaw bone.
The Oral surgeon who pulled my wisdom tooth said that the bone in the jaw can die, time to grow new bone in the jaw.
