Hi Mjbd,
Sounds like the injection has made you feel like you do. I am sorry to hear this. If you are in the UK why not give the ROS a call on their helpline. Sounds as if you need to have a chat with someone knowledgeable about OP and the the nurses on the helpline certainly are. Call 0808 800 0035 - free from all UK landlines, mobiles. A problem shared is a problem halved. Let us know how you go on.

All my doctors can come up with is osteroperies. Can this disease affect you in this way. Gave me injection of prolia now worse. Creepy crawling feeling in arms and chest. I am at lost
Thank you
Dino.
I have Exp with Prolia. It destroys your life. Amgen knows it and so does the FDA. Yet they will do nothing about it you take it off the market. Stop getting the sharks it's the devil is. Check my other postings if they haven't taken them down. Which they love to do because I guess they love the FDA. Do you want to go downhill and end up bed ridden. Start with the Prolia Shots. I am in constant pain in my spine in my tailbone. Unfortunately I took the second shot and then finally stopped after my GP told me that everybody complains about awful back pain.
This problem (early vertebral or pelvic fractures after discontinuation of Prolia)
seems to be the dirty little problem that Amgen was aware of well before the black box warnings came into effect. In the meantime countless sufferers are sustaining unexplainable fractures of the vertebrae, and in my case my sacrum as well.
The drop in bone density (after Prolia discontiuation) with out switching to an alternative modality is well understood and has been for some time. I was never warned of this 1.5 years ago, and as a result am suffering the consequences. When I started Prolia, no warning was given. I would like to poll this group to get some idea of those affected in different locals...i.e Canada/England/U.S./other.
I believe there is a strong case for a class action suit where there were no warnings from the manufacturer or those Doctors prescribing for big pharma.
I have no knowledge of this drug. But I wanted to send you loving thoughts and wishes that you will find out what is wrong and can get some proper help. Hang on in there.xx

This point has come up several times in the last two or three months. Others have said no legal firm is interested in taking this up yet, but I can't believe with what is now known that a class action suit wouldn't be well worth their while. The question is - how to gather a large enough group of complainants to stat the ball rolling. I know that there was a successful suit in Canada against the makers of Fosamax so this sort of thing is not without precedent.
