Hi Busymommy, is this one of the supplements you are taking to increase you BMD?

I remember you saying you took bone broth quite often, do you make it yourself or buy it ready made?

Which book are you following the advice of? I am interested as I am very med sensitive, and Forteo is giving me a lot of side effects.

I am taking this as of two weeks ago and bone broth much longer but I make it from organic chicken bones. I follow the advice of this book but more so ‘the healthy bones’ by Laura Kelly and Helen Kelly
