Hi. I'm trying to understand what can strengthen my bones the most effectively without causing fractures in my spine. Walking is good. What about gentle bouncing on a rebounder? Has anyone used this, or have any advice?

I walk and sometimes use the rebounder..without any problems. I think heel drops are probaby the most effective for your bones. look on youtube under heel drops. And I take easy adult tap classes. My bones (which are bad! osteoporosis) have IMPROVED even while on prednisone. They are better by .01 in one year. haha! but that is better.
One of my physios's suggested using one,
My Pilates teacher says the rebounder is good for the bones.
