I have just returned from holiday and spent sometime in the whirlpool jacuzzi. I used the water jets to gently massage my bones. I wondered if anyone had seen any research that has studied if water massage or any kind of bone massage could help with stimulating and increasing bone density?

It might be worth asking whether anyone has had good results from using one. I imagine they're expensive!
