Prolia Injections

Prolia was absolutely the WRONG route for ME to take. Doctors don't take enough time to ask questions of the patient and diastserous results can pursue when taking Prolia. My gastric esophageal reflex disease disease worsened to the extent that I choke when eating and now.....I have to find the best course to take myself. Therefore, I'm studying the composition of all foods, since info IS powerful! The gut health is the most important entity to well-being, and I feel I am now on the right track - with thanks to not quitting (other than surgery - to which stage, the wrong treatment has lead me). LIFE is a tool to use with discretion in order to enjoy! I really hope that my story can be of help to people in my situation, in order to relieve all nausea and anxiety - and live a productive life.........with longevity!

Same thing happened to me when I took Fosamax! I'll never touch these horrible bone drugs again. The side effects from ALL of them are horrendous and can ruin your life. I cannot believe they are still on the market...

It's good we have the privacy that we do to chat, but......nothing will be done about the detrimental circumstances we suffer with drugs until the FDA smartens up and the pharmaceutical companies will have to suffer less profiteering!. This would mean that transparency would be essential - which could open up another can of worms and legal representation! Oh, G-d!

Hi Strengthenup,

I notice that you have chosen not to lock your thread, as many posters do, which would give more privacy as only those who choose to join this particular community will be able to view it and the replies. If you leave your thread open to 'Everyone' it is not nearly as private as you may assume.

Whenever you submit a post, carefully consider whether you want it private to this community and set "Who can see my post?" accordingly. If you accept the default setting of 'Everyone' then everyone in the world with an internet connection will be able to find your post and anyone who has replied to your thread too, both by searching on this site or via their favourite search engine.

Thanks Kaarina. I have to slow down and give more consideration to privacy.

I've learned you have to be your own health advocate and research anything the Drs want you to take.
