Re high heels.

I wore high heels all my life. I would say flat heels made my legs ache. How are the mighty fallen ! At 83 I am reduced to 'sensible' shoes with little or no heels. Osteoporosis, glaucoma, asthma, lymphodemia, 2 fractured femurs as a result of 7 years AA, fractured vertebrae for same reason etc etc. BUT I am still here with a wonderful family (inc 7 grandchildren) and loads of lovely friends. So I am not complaining.

What is AA?

AA is alendronic acid tablets given for bone strengthening for osteoporosis. It is now known they can cause fractures .
