Whats the best supplements to take /diet to prevent ostoprosis

I have to go on long term Zoladex(with hrt) and have been on it twice before.All help and advice greatly appreciated.

I know Calcium,vit k2 and magnesuim,but wondered if there is anything else i can do?Tia.

I've collected a number of interesting articles over the past ten months or so. Also wrote a little account of my own journey, a little out of date now. I will private message this to you. Take what you want from it.

I'm about to start Zolandrenic Acid, but can't have HRT. As I had a hormone positive breast cancer. But I have Adcal + D3 from my GP.
