the person to advise you would be the pharmacist employed by your doctor’s group of surgeries. They would have access to your medical records and would be able to advise your doc on the best combination to try.
As a natural remedy I used Magnesium oil to rub in joints. I no longer need tablets for it and don’t suffer as often now. Hope this helps.
