I lately measured 230/100 and had excellent results with Amlodipine. It is a CCB and works in a very good way - via dilatation of blood vessels. After only 2 pills of 5 mg my BP dropped to 165/7something and that was it. Some people may have side effects though ...

You need to get medicial supervision from your GP or healthcare provider as soon as possible or visit your A&E
