ADT and high blood pressure

One of the side effects of hormone therapy for prostate cancer is high blood pressure. Any ideas about fixing the problem rather than medication to lower BP? I would really not like to take any more medication. Naturally I live a heart healthy lifestyle to help keep my prostate cancer in check. Any ideas?
