Good Afternoon

I am taking these meds once a day

Doxazosin 2 mg

Candesartan 8 mg

Bisoprolol 1.25 mg

The Doxazosin is a new tablet that has just been

prescribed as my blood pressure averages were

still 136/66 when i did a 7 day report sheet

I know it states i can take Doxazosin anytime of the day

When i was first given Bisoprolol in hospital it was

given to me at 7pm ( because that is when

medication was sorted when i was admitted and

found to have Atrial Flutter and RBBB )

Apart from my evening Apixaban dose and my

Atorvastatin which both need to be taken at night

I was wondering if it it would be ok to shift my

Other meds to evening

It would certainly be easier sort out my meds to take some on a evening

Then i will only have to take one morning dose of Apixaban and Esomeprazole

Remaining 5 tablets in the evening before bed instead of morning , which will be

Doxazosin,Candesartan,Atorvastatin,Bisoprolol and Apixaban

Thank you for any advice you may be able to give

offhand I should say that this would be acceptable - but I’m no expert. The expert is either your dispensing pharmacist or the pharmacist employed at your doc’s group of surgeries - should have details of this on the practice website.
