I've always taken enalapril in the morning but a friend of mine takes hers in the evening. I do a lot of throat clearing and coughing after breakfast, I think I read that enalapril can make it worse as I suffer from reflux just wondered if night time dosing would be better.

I’m not on this particular med. but in your position I would firstly look again at the pack insert. If then no further ahead I’d ask the receptionist at your docs surgery if they have a pharmacist employed amongst their group of surgeries. If yes ask for a telephone consultation with that person
