Candesartan secondary effects

I have been taking 5mg (started on that). Side effects seem to be Pins and Needles and back ache lower right side.

My questions are 1 does one normally put up with these?, 2 do they go away with time and continued taking of the drug?, 3 does a lower dose reduce the effects?.

If anyone has experience of any of these much appreciated to hear.
