I came off felopidine 11 days ago (by agreement with my GP) due to strong palpitations and light-headedness. The palpitations became much weaker after 3 days, stayed like that for 6 days and have now returned stronger.
Does anyone have any idea how long these side effects can persist after ceasing the causal medication?

Have you checked the information leaflet in the box? You could try drugs.com or rxlist.com and see if it's mentioned there. They are quite informative. I'd be interested to know if you find out.
I would still have a word with your GP and let him/her know it's happening, just to be on the safe side and to put them in the picture so that it can be entered on your records. Hope it clears for you soon. All the best. xx
Oh thanks. My GP is fully aware of what's happening and we agreed that I could come off felopidin and perhaps go onto something else, although I have been through virtually all of them. I am having further heart tests in about 3 weeks at a hospital to rule out any other causes. Thanks for your support. I wish you luck also.xx
