Has anyone tried using supplements such as garlic or beet root to help lower blood pressure?

I eat both natural garlic and beetroot in quantity and still live with HBP. Averaging 150/100 on a good day topping 248/180 in a panic!

I certainly eat a lot of beetroot - I cook it myself as I don't care for the vinegar that you buy it in from supermarkets - though I don't know if it really does something for the pressure. And I eat a lot of garlic! Are you aware of Blood Pressure UK? The charity's website has a lot of information about diet

Beetroot concentrate powder drink will bring down blood pressure but it’s not sustainable over 24 hours.

turmeric mixed with olive oil and milk 3 times a day or take olive leaf extract that 3 times a day will lower it.
