My home BP readings are higher than they should be

Hi All,

My home BP readings were higher than they should be. I'm entering the last week of my prescription supply so I'll be calling my GP for a refill. He'll want to know what my recent pressures have been, so I actually have to take a few readings this week to give him the information he needs. My weight is also up and stalled, so I'll be addressing that situation as well over on the Daily Diary thread.
