I just measured my blood pressure using a standard cuff and stethoscope. Got 186/120 right arm and 184/120 left arm.

Hello sphygmogirl. I’m not sure what replies you’re expecting - these are very high readings. Your age? BMI? Medication? Do you relax for at least ten minutes before taking your pressure?
OK still very high but better than some you've posted before.Are you on meds?
