Does anyone take bps in both arms lying down, sitting and standing?

I always take both mine and my wifes pressures in both arms in all positions. Her pressure is highest lying down. I often use a electronic device on her because her arm veins are very prominent. The cuff upon inflation makes them even firmer. I have a hard time hearing her artery. Her doctor uses a electronic stethoscope when taking her pressure
