natural ways to reduce bp
I did try B12 and it did nothing. for me - but that doesn't mean it'll be no use to you - so try it (and let us know in the next few months).
The best thing I ever did was to buy a home moniter and after a few months I was able to ditch the pills which were having horrible side effects (mainly a persistent irritating cough that kept me awake)- and this morning my BP was down to 128/86. It took a couple of months for me to relax, even at home, when taking my readings as I apparently have white coat syndrome, and looking at my charts it was 5 months before my BP was down to normal.
Deep breathing helped.
I obviously don't want to recommend this risky way of going about things as you could kill yourself - I risked it and it paid off for me.
It may be worth asking your Dr. for a B12 blood test the range is between [ 200- 900 ] but some areas differ in their ranges. I have been on Pred for a very long time and my B12 was borderline at 200, I took B12 sublingual tablets and my range shot up. I wouldn't supplement until having a B12 b/test
whats Pred. is there a problem taking b12 if you haven't been tested. does b12 reduce bp
Sorry to confuse you Prednisolone is a steroid. It can give you Hypertension
which it did for me, that's why I follow this site, and like I said my B12 was border line,
I would suggest you go on the Health unlocked PA site, { Pernicious Anaemia } if you need to know more about B12 you will get more info from them.
I found eating garlic cloves cooked will lower my blood pressure.
