My first visit to the breatheasy group

Hi all I took my first step to breatheasy yesterday god was I stressed well what a farce for me I got their to early and met with the organisers and was made very wellcome but ten mins befor we where to start my phone rang and it was the social worker about access to my son so had to bid my farewells to all and leave but its the first time I felt comfortable in a group but its held every tuesday so I will be back next week.

I am hoping to go to my first next month in Cumbria. Bit trepidatious but I am sure it will be fine!

You feel consious but once in everyone is very welcoming and at that time I felt I was among,st those who new what I was going thru. Just go I cannot wait for next week I need friends who know!!!!
