Hi. It's early days for me regarding any side effects as I have only been on trimbow for 10 days. And I was on different inhalers to you. So can't do like for like comparison. I have severe emphysema. Diagnosed 15 years ago. And am 68. No other health problems. In all that time I have been on seretide ,spiriva and ventolin. And never found they actually did anything for me. Last year I deteriorated very quickly. And complained about the inhalers. I paid for private appointment to see lung consultant and put me on trimbow. I have found it brilliant. I can breath a lot better as soon as I used it. I know when it's wearing off. But as soon as I use it again in the evening I can feel it working with in a very short time. As I said I DON'T know about side effects yet! I must say though on 3rd day of using it I didn't feel well. But persevered as I thought I was probably getting withdrawal from the other meds. As I had been on them so long. I am glad I did. All I can say is give it a go. Unless you are happy with what you are on. I definitely wasn't.

Been on Trimbow for 3 months. Replaced Spiriva and Fostair in my case. Hard to say if it helps or not because one of my other meds. is no longer produced so I am missing that. Certainly, when I started to begin with, I thought it was helping. Main problem I have is a very dry mouth but otherwise, no real complaints. Good luck.

I was given Trimbow a few months ago and it made me unbelievably ill. I ended up on oral steroids and antibiotics. A friend of mine was in hospital a few days ago with a COPD flare up, they gave him Trimbow and he had to be rushed into resus because of it. I would suggest extreme caution it may work really well for you everyone reacts differently to meds.
