Help normal results but uti symptoms

So I have had a camera test to look at my bladder and everything looks normal I have been suffering with utis for 2 years now my bladder looks healthy every time I do the dip stick test it comes back positive for white blood cells the specialist has given me amtripyline for pain and said if that doesn’t help we will put medicine straight in my bladder. She said it looks like the first infection you had 2 years ago started this pain and it never went away I am so confused can anyone help just want a diagnosis.
