Hi- I have just been diagnosed with OA bladder, a condition that has been gradually getting worse over the last year. I suffered a heart attack on Boxing Day ( the two aren’t linked). As I’m taking a lot of meds post HA, I’m looking to manage the bladder condition without meds. As a fan of healthunlocked forums, I thought I would join this one and ask for any advice on ways to improve control from others members experience. I’m male age 69. Thank you!

Hi Mikeysaab! I referred myself to my hospital physio team and have found the advice really useful - I do still need medication though!
