I have been taking these tabs for about 2 months now but am still getting up at night at least 4 times to pee, but going hardly at all during the day. As mine are 4 mg prolonged relief I'm assuming it doesn't matter what time of day I take them; currently I take them about an hour before bed. Anyone got any tips - would they have more effect at night if I took them in the morning?
