I have been having bladder sensitivity and urge incontinence for about 3 years. I am 67 and postmenopausal for about 15 years. Is it too late to start HRT and if I did, would it make any difference now?

Will HRT help me?
I think Mose doctors now prescribe a cream estrogen which is inserted in the vagina 3 times a week. I don't believe HRT is used much anymore because of certain problems it caused.
Thanks. I do use the vaginal cream and WellspringWellspringsWellspring 20:1 topical cream. I understood that HRT was not a problem provided that it was not taken as a tablet. I was wonderingwondering if a higher dose of oestrogen would help the pelvic floor and bladderbladder-supporting tissues.
I don't see a gynecologist. I was wondering if a private doctor could prescribe patches or creams if they may have a benefit as my own NHS doctor won't. I'm not sure if I am too old now for it to be effective.
I buy my cream topical but I should get it free really or estrodiol cream cud be ok I'm not sure I prefer topical as I have bladder pain and pelvic, best wishes to you
