During Ic flare, do you feel you’re improving only for it to randomly return?

During an interstitial cystitis flare, does anyone else feel like they’re getting better for a day and then painful peeing and burning pelvis starts again without having had any trigger foods/drinks?

I had a bad flare of pain a few days ago and had to stay in bed all day. Ibuprofen did not help and I felt the constant need to pee and then when I went it burnt like crazy and hurt all around the area afterwards.

I then started feeling I was getting better and I’ve really looked after what I’ve eaten and drank since, but the pain has randomly started coming back again and goes then comes back... does anyone else have this or after a flare fo you continue getting better for a longer period of time?

Candlecat, here is some information to further research for interstitial cystitis. These links will help build on each other to increase your understanding of B1's importance and how the various forms benefit you. Adequate magnesium is required to make B1 bioactive. Always consult your health care professional before using any supplement.
