You poor thing I hope your visit today got you some help.Keep a diary about your symptoms and take it with you to every doctor appointment ,I saved up and went to see a consultant privately ,it was a great help 🤗good luck x

Thankyou for your concern i went and it was a pointless waste of time all she said that i have to go see a physio to make sure im using the right muscles when im doing my pelvic floor exercises which ive been doing for ages right from when i had my 1st baby who is 30 and the she said "you are in control of your bladder ". How can i be in control of my bladder when ive got no control over it at all 😡

I am so sorry, but don't give up go back to your doctor book a double appointment so you have a long time to talk ,make some notes to make sure you remember it all.Read up on it as much as possible ask for another kind of treatment see if alternative things would help, try the pharmacist or some doctors have special nursery for bladder problems. who are experts in this area .Dont give up go every week till the doctor sorts you out ,good luck ,you are stronger than you think 😀🙏

I have an an appointment with the physiotherapy last week and she checked to see if I was doing my Pelvic floor exercises right which she said I was so she told me she would write to the doctor and tell her and get the ball rolling to get something done to help my bladder problems so now all i have to do is wait for her to write to me with an appointment and we will see what happens next i would like to thank you all for your kind words and support your support and I'll keep you all up to date what's going on
