Hi I'm experiencing total fatigue today that I've gone to bed. I've had low blood pressure before and felt same way. I was at a close friends funeral today and was feeling totally wiped I'm out. Im in a cocktail of heart meds and I'm coming down on antidepressant's as well.
I run a gardening business and usually feel tired but not this tired.
I do get frustrated that I don't have the get up and go I used to have even though I'm only 59.
said to my wife I'm going to bed and it's only 830 pm.

Are you dehydrated? How long have you been on your meds ? I had zombie episodes after a few months post discharge from nstemi heart attack and quadruple bypass.. had to change my station a couple of times. Is it a one off ?
My nephew ran a gardening business and he always complained that the winter period got him down and he didn't feel like doing anything... and he wasn't on medication. In the end he closed his business and trained as an ambulance driver and is finding life much more enjoyable.
I was self-employed for 28 years until I eventually retired age 68. I know the pressures of living this way as opposed to employment. I hope you get your issues resolved in due course.
Hi. I’m also on a cocktail of meds for high BP and suspected Angina, and I started getting fatigued in the afternoons around a year ago. It’s now progressed to the point where I’m unable to do even minor household chores without feeling totally exhausted. It’s a feeling which is hard to describe, but my chest aches and it just makes me want to lie down. I’m told my heart is ok although I do have some CAD. I’m at the point where I’m ready to give up all of the meds because I suspect there’s some interaction going on. How would you describe your feeling of exhaustion? Sometimes I think a vet would be more useful than a doctor because I just can’t describe it!
Hello. So sorry you are feeling so tired at the moment. Have you had your ferritin/iron levels checked recently. Antidepressant medication can sometimes interfere with iron levels. I know I felt like you when my ferritin (stored iron level) was far too low. I used to sleep all night then want to sleep during the day as well.
