Very tired

So tired today almost all night gad niggly pains so can't go rehab had gtn spray 4 tines eventually feel asleep so early to bed for me tonight 😴

maybe still go but don’t exercise, explain what happened and they might be able to advise? Might be related to the increase in activity?

That’s good, you’d posted you couldn’t go so it’s great you’re now going! It’s a valuable support system that not all have so hopefully you will get the best out of it.

Rehabilitation phoned me about chest pain but because I've had to use gtn spray 3 times told me to go a&e sat here now had ecg bloods just waiting for results but ecg said a bit of rhythmic what ever that means 🤔

Well had ecg said there was nothing wrong bloods taken after 4 hours said would be another 4 hours so very sorry decided to go home so went and spoke to the chemist she looked at all my bloods that did come back all were fine troponin everything so glad didn't wait another 4 hours for the doctor to tell me that but have doc appointment in the morning anyway 😑 very tired ready for sleep
