Aortic Regurgitation

Dear Members

I am a 53 yr old lady (formally very fit!) and have Aortic Regurgitation and have declined dramatically since Christmas and now struggle to walk from room to room in my house. I have my next EchoCardiogram on the 29th of January to clinically measure the decline. I would like to hear people's GOOD NEWS stories on Aortic Valve replacement and wonder does it always have to be OHS or can Trans Valve be used for Aortic Regurgitation (not Aortic Stenosis). Thank you
