Thanks everyone for your comments advice and suggestions I will definitely be appealing my decision so I ain't giving up! Anyone know how to get in touch with a support worker I was supposed to have somone help me fill the form but no one showed up! So had to do the best I could on my own ☹️.

Did you contact citizens advice and get an appointment with them . You would have to go to them but they know how to fill in the forms so you would get PIP. If I had known about the Brain Charity when I had my forms I would have gotten them to fill them in for me . My daughter filled in mine for me and I sent 45 copies of letters from my neurologist, cardiologist and GP and still got zero on everything.

Have you sent your forms back ? If not ask for them again and get the CA to fill them in for you.

Because of my tremors in my hands at home put a tea towel and kitchen roll over my clothes because even using a spoon and fork to eat with I drop food down me . I didn't know but using a tea towel and kitchen roll is classed as an aid. As I said the C A know exactly how to fill the forms in . Plus other organisations will help you.

Best thing to do is book an appointment with the citizens advice as there's always a queue there and they get very busy!

Years ago when Iived in Grimsby we had gone to see them and there was a massive queue to get in and the one here in Cardiff there's always a queue as well!

Hi Chatted to you about a year ago. They knocked me back for pip twice last year, i never applied again. But i do know lots of people that are on it and they dont have a fraction of the problems i have. You either have to be very ill and need people coming round to look after you or a very good liar. If your a drug addict you don't have to lie, PIP form gets rubber stamped, Approved.

I have a friend of a friend helping me with my pip I'm gona do a mandatory reconsideration x I do think some people must lie to get it which makes it so much harder for people like us who actually need it.

The people that i know are on it don't deserve to be on it. It is bad really. Good luck with you appeal. Sometimes they give in.
