1 year Anniversary and clear ECG

Just back from my Surgeon assrssment he was really chuffed on my progress with all the excercising paying off. ECG is clear and normal.

well done I know I need to excercise much more as I’ve become a potato couch sat watching anything and everything sports

He did say that he couldnt argue with my hypothesis on statins. I have a LDL of 2.7 now off statins and with my Apolliprotein E being low, i said prove me that i am wrong and he said he couldnt on the beneifit of statins for me. So if you excercise and watch diet and your cholestoral is normal range then there isnt an overall health benefit taking statins other than hardening soft plaque. He said i should go back and discuss my results with the Cardiologist.

He did confirm what my cardiologist said that its very significant that my original vessels have not blocked up any further so LAD still at 90% and the RCA is still at 70% same as they were before operation and blood is still flowing through them all be it at a much reduced flow rate.
