Sounds like as we all have our own experiences with surgery that you had some ups and downs but still you have done so well and even though you feel you would never have surgery again it has given a life where you can look to the future as far as buying a retirement home in Cyprus which does sound fantastic and something to really be look forward to
It may have been a hard year but one that has got better and I wish you now you have got through this lots of good years to come x
congratulations on all your achievements and coping with your setbacks, I’m waiting for my surgery a triple bypass so a journey I’m not looking forward too, but it’s good to hear when this surgery can be a new lease of life. Well done
Many congratulations on your first anniversary, Dave. It certainly sounds as if you're living your best life and it's inspirational for everyone to read of the progress you've made with all your hard work. Here's to many more happy & healthy years. Carol🍾🥂
Well done, onwards and upwards 😊. I do a fair amount of cycling myself and have managed to get up to 100 miles a couple of times now @just over two years past my quad bypass.
I also did a 5 day bike packing tour last October averaging 55 miles a day, so plenty of opportunities there.
Cycling helped me self diagnose my heart condition which led me to self referring myself to the Spire under a Cardiolist. I am now off all medications apart from the low dose asprin my surgeon insists i take.
Congratulations happy anniversary hope you have many more, good luck with your retirement when you decide to take it and keep up living your best life it's inspiring 😀
