hypercholesterolaemia - getting nausea and headaches

I was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and have had genetic blood test done to familial hypercholesterolaemia. I’ve been on 80 mg atrovastaine for 2 months and had no side affects.

For the last 8 days I have been suffering from significantly nausea and headaches which don't fully go away with paracetamol and I have cognitive confusion.

Trying not to worry as it may be just a virus rather than something more concerning.
