'm 35 years old and suffered a heart attack in Nov 2023. I have two kids, one aged 4 and one aged 19 months. When I was in hospital, I could sleep all day and all night. I recovered well (I think) but the lasting side effect is constant tiredness. I know life with 2 kids is tiring but this is not just being tired from kids. This is proper exhaustion.
Is anyone in a similar position or feel the same way? I have mow returned to work and fear something is going to have to give as working 3 days a week, 2 kids, Husband and a house is taking its toll. My husband is amazing and helps so much but I'm still struggling. Not working isn't an option as we have to pay the bills.
Thanks
Catriona

Hello ...sorry to hear you had a heart attack at such a young age , it will probably take you months to get your strength back but your tiredness might be due to another issue or medication that you might be on . so you should go back to your doctor and ask for some blood tests .
+1 on what Mendips has suggested. I assume you are eating the right sort of foods and are managing your body weight, since these will contribute to feeling tired if you are not.
