Yup I know exactly what you mean. I am 5 weeks since stent and my sleep is so broken and weird pains that feel more skeletal at the left hand side of my heart. Apparently the betas that I'm on are bad for sleep. I am getting about 7 hours but I'm waking up tired and my sleep tracker shows lots of restlessness, the struggle is real πŸ™ƒ

I know exactly what you mean, I actually found the past 3 weeks to be harder than the first 2 weeks. I actually feel worse lying in bed and I've started waking up with numb hands, as if all the other symptoms aren't enough 🀣🀣

Yes my husband got these, probably for first 8 or 9 months. Saw doctors about it several times but they never found what it was. I think he still gets it very occasionally nearly 2 years on

It is a side effect quite often of surgery as nerves try to knit together but the same could apply to any other procedure such as a stent

Going for a cardio rehab in the morning, will quiz the nurse as I got the stabbing pain in my side when I was driving and tight shoulders, took my breath away. Still worse when lying in bed, feels tight now almost like it's just waiting to hurt again. πŸ™ƒ

I don't go rehab anymore I asked to be referred on to there other rehab places like a bigger gym do I can push myself so waiting for that but my rehab I did go to was quite helpful but I was blited with chest infection after chest infection so didn't get there that much

I had OHS end of Dec, and then an ICD implant 5 weeks ago. My pains had started to ease a bit and then kicked off again after second op.

It's the random pains, aches, feelings that get me down as I never know what they are or why I get them. My GP surgery don't sound very interested in me and send me to pharmacy counter more than try to actually help and understand what I am going through.

I don't deal with pain very well and get despondent very easily about my whole condition and future.

We are all different and am sure others fair better with pains and everything.

13 months on and I still get them, freaked me out at first, now just accept they're part and parcel. Often wonder if I had these little pains before but paid very little attention to them, but now we're far more suspicious of every single twinge.
