not a good place to have a birthday !

was not a good day to spend a birthday. Silly me had a good day and decided to deep clean the bathroom . I was over the moon and proud of myself how nice it looked. Then I started feeling off light headed etc… sat down with a cup of tea then boom … jaw ache went up the side of my face and my chest went into all sorts.. luckily husband came in rung 111 and had GTN and 4 aspirin.. ended up in hospital for 3 nights instead of a family birthday meal .. now got to explain myself to Papworth .. another telling off !! Keep well .

Its easy to overdo it. I did it quite a lot in my first 5 weeks following my HA. When youre used to being busy it can be difficult to pace yourself during the day.

The problem is that when you are used to being very active, doing virtually nothing can be extremely frustrating. I had to learn to chill out and take things a bit easier, but then others who are used to you doing this and that start to get frustrated. It's a no-win situation, but for the sake of your long term health, do adopt a bit of a "manyana" attitude. 😀
