Top tips for low heart rate?

Beta blockers have lowered my heart rate to reduce my risk of "complications". I'm struggling to do anything when my heart drops to low 50s bpm. Does anyone have any top tips on coping when that happens?

It can drop below 50 when I am watching TV. Takes a while to increase so may need to get dosage changed.

when my husband (on betablockers) found himself a little faint and the pulse rate low he spoke to the pharmacist, who in turn suggested to the doctor to change his medication. This worked well.

I was on 5mg which gave me bradycardia so hospital reduced it to 2.5mg which was much better.
