Is that resting ? Mine is always 51 to 55 when watching tv or chilling reading a book perks up when i go walking etc
when my husband (on betablockers) found himself a little faint and the pulse rate low he spoke to the pharmacist, who in turn suggested to the doctor to change his medication. This worked well.
I was on 5mg which gave me bradycardia so hospital reduced it to 2.5mg which was much better.
