Top tips for low heart rate?

Beta blockers have lowered my heart rate to reduce my risk of "complications". I'm struggling to do anything when my heart drops to low 50s bpm. Does anyone have any top tips on coping when that happens?

Is that resting ? Mine is always 51 to 55 when watching tv or chilling reading a book perks up when i go walking etc

It can drop below 50 when I am watching TV. Takes a while to increase so may need to get dosage changed.

yes i would im only on a low dosage sometimes hits high 40s when laid down but its never bothered me

when my husband (on betablockers) found himself a little faint and the pulse rate low he spoke to the pharmacist, who in turn suggested to the doctor to change his medication. This worked well.

I was on 5mg which gave me bradycardia so hospital reduced it to 2.5mg which was much better.
