Dizziness

I am on Entresto, initially on the 54mg, but couldnt cope with balance issues, I am now on the 25mg, I also have low blood pressure, which i cope with ok, my priblem is when i go out I am all over the place, fèel off balance, dizzy, legs turn to jelly and feel a little naucous, totally confused as I am nowhere near as bad as this whem i,m in the house.

Dear GKAAA,I too am on entresto, started on lowest dose, I was ok. Medium dose was ok. Put on highest dose and felt as you have described. But now have settled back on medium dose. Going out I felt more vulnerable, I found that made my symptoms feel worse. This may not be the case for you, but it may be thought.

it sounds like to me, possibly anxiety! Are you on your own when you go out?
