Hi,New member, thanks for the welcome. I had chest arm and shoulder pains, quite active but getting on 56 then, this October. Got sent home first a&e visit, blood levels high but not rising. Back a day later (all during doc strikes) luckily had third 3 hourly blood test, (usually 2) was there 15 hours until admitted. Tests all weekend, echo and angiogram on Monday resulting in 2 stents. Road to recovery now, can't fault the aftercare, advice is follow all the advice, do it for yourself. ❤️

actually it’s good to hear that despite strikes, you were cared for. I assume you’ll have cardiac rehab.

Yes, from a week or two after procedure it's a laid down exercise plan, at home or training centres. Walking and cardio combined.
