I have reached my one year anniversary since my HA while out on a 30 mile ride last Christmas Day.
So I spent last Christmas in A&E and then the cardiac ward in the PRUH with a visit to Kings College for my stent. Wasn’t what was planned that’s for sure! LVT was then diagnosed so more stress and meds to get rid of that.
January until April was tough with lots of worries, trips to hospital, and few tears. But things have steadily got better since then and I’ve made good progress I’m pleased to say.
I am not going out on the bike today but I did 20 miles yesterday 🚴♀️ I’m going to relax and enjoy my Christmas dinner I never had last year 🦃
This forum was a place where I got support and advice I needed so thanks to all and happy Christmas!
cheers
