I know it’s early but I’m starting to nod off 🙄

I really wanted to thank everyone on here for being totally amazing, the support has been incredible, this time last year I was so lost and upset with no where to turn.

The BHF nurses pointed me in your direction and never looked back.

You’re all here for each other no matter what you’re going through in your own lives and very selflessly still give kind words of encouragement.

Thank you to all who’ve made me laugh, you know who you are, sorry Prada47 for thinking you were a woman 😂😂 hope you’ve forgiven me now!!!

I’ve been picked up off the floor so many times by so many, I cannot put into words how grateful I am for having you all here for each other.

Well another very strange year we’ve all had with heart conditions and dealing with covid and all the problems that go with it.

Oh yes, I am in Suffolk, but grew up Norfolk/Suffolk border so yes know all those funny quips !

At least it’s all flat here so can’t get too breathless and spasms going up hills ! 😁

😂😂😂 yep pretty flat here, best there is is when the fields have just been ploughed and there’s a few bumps and troughs, but that wind howls over those fields, not so good for chest problems in the middle of nowhere 😱 !!
