cardiology referral…don’t know why

since covid in 2021, I get a heart rate of 200+ during certain exercises (I am fit and healthy and now scale exercises to avoid this). Previously when speaking to GP they brushed it off as long covid. Now two years later i did running and box steps ups- my hr went to 200+ with some chest tightness. I range the GP, they have me an ECG which I was told normal but I have now received an cardiology referral. It also causes my resting HR to be elevated for the rest of the day.

Should I be concerned until recently doctors brushed it off and now I’m being referred?
