I will do my best at least I know what is involved. It is just it gets hard to push the peddles around at around the 7 to 8 minute mark. But we will see. Thanks for the encouragement.

I can only manage 5 minutes. But so weird I can manage like 30 minutes at the gym?? So maybe when I have one next time will be able to exercise for way longer x wish you all the best mate.

β€’ in reply toYumz199725

Yes thanks for that. Like today I went for my daily bike ride around neighborhood. 20 minutes and usually try top gear 18 on my old bike. We don't have many hills but the slope I go up at present I go up in a lower gear but I suppose to get nearer to the resistance on the stress test I need to try in a higher gear. Oh well here we go another experiment. You take care.

Aww thats great news I looked the other day to see if you posted any updates on when your appointment will be. I had mine in the 17th August with 5 day holter monitor and got the results on Tuesday. I was surprised it was so quick. I've now tachycardia so started on bisoprolol 1.5 mg and speaking to consultant on 6th October about the hcm and what action will be taken as she is speaking with the other consultants. Keep us posted on your mri xx

Thanks hun x yeah been trying to sort this out for ages the funny thing is if I had phoned up ages ago I would had my appointment probably in August! πŸ™ˆ. Ah that's good you had yours and have your results aswell! How did it go? Ahh sorry to hear about the Tachycardia but good that you know now and you have something to take for it x. I'm on verapamil 40mg x2 for ventricular Tachycardia. Wish you all the best with your appointment with your consultant or a member of there team ❀️. I have mine on 21st of November so will be interesting to see what my consultants team has to say probably the usual, your fine and you will eventually need valve replacement surgery πŸ™ˆπŸ€ͺπŸ™„πŸ™ƒ. X

Good, nothing like a relaxing lie down in a well lit metal tube with excessive noise to set the mind at ease πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.Don't believe that "bring a CD to listen to" bit it's going to be radio 2 and you can be grateful.

Keep us posted.

Yeah I know what you mean πŸ˜‚. It's great Ormond Street so probably play a film while I'm in there did last time and there was no sound πŸ˜† so all I could here was the MRI scanner lol.
