Hey guys hope your all keeping as well as you can!😊. Great work out at gym managed 20 minutes on bike and 25 on treadmill wanted to challenge myself a bit more with out over doing it don't worry πŸ˜‰, so I went up to level 6 on the bike and level 4 on treadmill also had the incline on 4 because I want to practice more of feeling like I'm walking up a hill which in reality is a nightmare at the moment but great success at the gym. Did feel dizzy and bit sickly for a few minutes after I had stopped but that soon passed! πŸ˜… Great start to the day and I had breakfast before I went yay!
