sometimes people say not to look at these / they are not accurate but I’d have not got my sleep study if I hadn’t been messing about looking at Apple Watch stuff. I’m sure doctors are intelligent to think even if slightly inaccurate it’s worth checking.
But yes one thing after another.
Will you be getting it checked out or having a conversation with your Doctor or do you know the reason already?
maybe monitor over a period or look a yhe “show more data” bit, is there a pattern? Happens often?
If that’s not how you usually feel, then maybe a doctor visit is a good idea.

I have a fitbit. The thing with watches is that they may not be 100% accurate but as long as they are consistent you have a good idea of how things are going. This means you're able to obtain medical advice when readings change. If these readings are abnormal for you then a call to 111 or GP is due.
if you haven’t done it already call 111 don’t ignore anything regarding heart beats BP etc.
If nothing Elsa it will reassure you . There is a virus going round at the moment so this could be the cause of your symptoms. Hope your feeling better today
Tell your medics and ask for a holter monitor for a few days, I find a 24 hour monitor is of little value, better to check over several days to get a psttern. That way you can compare an official monitor with your watch. Its not a good idea relying on the watch alone. I would use the watch as a prompt and then to get checked out fully via medics. Best wishes.
i had an ecg over 24 hours. Cardiologist said 40’s is okay if no other symptoms etc especially during sleep too
My heart rate was often in 50s and now that I'm on beta blockers it does go into 40s, especially during sleep. That's normal for me now because of the meds, but if this is new for you it's definitely worth asking GP about it and keep an eye on any patterns.
Well, others on here have given you some great advice, so I can’t really add to that.
However, I will add these two cents for thought. I believe that you probably set the alerts range on your Apple Watch. For example, I set mine to warn me if my heart rate goes above 132 and stays there for 10 minutes or more. I also set an alert for if my heart rate goes too low for 10 minutes. Whoever, set up your watch probably set these alerts. You might want to consider and even discuss with your doctor what numbers would be reasonable for you.
Someone did mention that if you take a beta blocker, your heart rate may be significantly lower for you at night when you sleep. You might talk with your GP or cardiologist what would be an acceptable low rate for you.
I know that those alerts can be super scary. Yesterday, I had dumped my wheelie-bin over to get some loose trash out. I got an alert from my Apple Watch that I had had a hard fall and should they call for emergency help. The alert scared me, but I was happy to know that my watch was looking out for me.
I hope that you can get this low heart rate alert sorted out soon. Best wishes!
