I read that statins reverses arterial plaque. Is that true?

I also saw that Berberine reverses plaque too: youtu.be/ZRArHoZueEI

This all sounds pretty simply and would stop many heart attacks (assuming also diet and exercise)

I don't think anything reverses plaque... statins will prevent further build up and stabilise what is there already so it doesn't cause more issues.

That sounds really interesting are you taking it? I know reversal of plaque sounds amazing but don't really think 3.8% is much, but obviously would be helpful. However, I am surprised that its not common knowledge and GPs are not recommending us to take it like they do vitamin D and Vitamin B12. Maybe they are waiting for further trials. Personally I am considering taking Plant Sterols as they are considered safe and marketed as reducing cholesterol. Thank you for the You Tube video its all extra information to consider.
